(c) You may not claim Content or altered Content as your own. You may not alter these graphics and call them your own.

You may make paper greeting cards, candy wrappers, posters, altered books/paint cans, stationery, labels, and many other crafts for sale with the PRINTED form of these graphics as long the amount does not exceed 100 units.

You MAY NOT create these items and sell them digitally. These graphics are designed at 300 ppi so they are print quality. You MAY NOT use these graphics to make mass produced items (over 100) and sell them on the internet. If this is your intent, please contact me to discuss a special license agreement.

You MAY NOT use my designs/graphics to create or design websites, blog-headers, etc. If this is your intent, please contact me to discuss a special license agreement.


You MAY use these items to create items to sell with the following exceptions:


1. You may NOT use these graphics to create any sort of designer resource, tool or commercial use product or repackage and resell my original products. Further, you MAY NOT create brushes, rub-ons, clip-art, templates, overlays, tubes, shapes, doodles, actions, styles etc. from my original work. You MAY NOT convert images to grey scale and sell as a template. In addition, YOU MAY NOT Make Digitalized Embroidery designs, make Rubber Stamps, make Cross stitch kits (digital or printed), make texture maps to resell or redistribute in any way. YOU MAY NOT add them to Software Programs.

2. You may NOT claim these as your own creations, or alter them and claim them as your own.

3. You MAY NOT make kits or sets containing only items created using my items - a maximum of 25% is allowed.

4. You MAY NOT use my products to create Stock Images and sell/distribute in any form.

5. You MAY NOT use my designs/graphics to create or design websites, blog-headers, make site templates, etc. If this is your intent, please contact me to discuss a special license agreement.

6. You MAY NOT offer them in a cd/dvd, graphic collections, trade, share, loan, rent, resell, distribute, or post across a bulletin board, network, modem, yahoo groups, website links, Internet or web page.

7. You MAY NOT use these graphics for any obscene, defamatory, or immoral works ... or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

Credit in your TOU is very much appreciated, however not mandatory.


NOTE: Purchasing a commercial licensed digital scrapbooking product entitles the purchaser use of these designs commercially. The purchaser may use the RESULTS of their design process that comes from using these products commercially, but are not allowed to resell the actual LBCreations - Designs by Babette products elsewhere.


PERSONAL USE:
You may use my graphics in your own LOs and you may send LOs to magazines as long as you credit me with the items in your LO.

You May Not:

a) You may not resell my products in their original design individually;

b) You may not use my commercial use products to make other commercial use products;

c) When creating Printables, Quick Pages and Digital Photobooks the final product needs to be saved as .png or .jpg format with merged layers, no individual layers or elements files;

d) You may not create a kit or a pack with commercial products only. My commercial products should be 25% of a kit;

e) You may not use my graphics on ilegal or pornographic websites or publications;

f) You may not desature or alter any of my graphics to Gray Scale to resell them as Templates;

g) You may not offer any of these graphics on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group, Google Groups, Comunities on the internet like Orkut, Gazzag and others or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.

You May:

a) You may alter size and colors, except with actions where only the instruction explain how color choose before action construction;

b) You may use my commercial graphics to create Digital Kits, Quick Pages, Photobooks, Printables and Web Pages.

A licença de uso comercial para desenhadores, permite a criação de outros produtos para scrapbooking digital e híbrido.
Usando produtos comerciais de Cintia Zs, você está concordando com os termos abaixo, então por favor, leia com atenção.

Você não pode:

a) Você não pode revender meus produtos em sua forma original, individualmente;

f) Você não pode reconfigurar as cores de meus gráficos, ou alterá-los em escala cinza para revendê-los como templates;

g) Você não pode oferecer estes gráficos em nenhuma página de Internet para download, como Notas em Grupos do Yahoo, Grupos da Google, Sites de relacionamento como Orkut, Gazzag e outros ou incluí-los em uma coleção de gráficos publicadas na internet ou outros.

Você pode:

a) Você pode alterar o tamanho e a cor, exceto com actions, onde nas instruções explicam como colorir antes da consturção da action;

b) Você pode usar meus gráficos comerciais para criar Kits Digitais, Páginas Prontas, Álbuns de Fotografias Digitais, Cartões, Páginas de Internet.
